How to Withdraw at an ATM

1. Go to any Capitec ATM.

2. Select "Cardless Services" on the screen.

3. Choose "Collect Cash".

4. Enter the 10-digit reference number you received in the SMS.

5. Enter your 4-digit secret code.

6. The ATM will then dispense your cash.

Withdrawing at a Retailer

1. Go to the till point at any of the participating stores.

2. Tell the cashier you want to withdraw a Capitec Cash Send.

3. Give them the 10-digit reference number and your 4-digit secret code.

4. You will also need to show them your ID document for verification.

5. The cashier will then give you your cash.

It's important to remember to take your ID with you when you go to a retailer to withdraw your cash send, as they will not be able to give you the money without it.
