Deleting your account

1. In the bottom-right corner of your screen, click on your profile tab, then click Settings.
2. In the settings menu, click Account settings.
3. On the Account settings page, click Request account removal.

In the "Remove account" dialog box, please read the information provided to confirm you understand what happens when your account is deleted:

• This process is irreversible, and you will not be able to recover your account.
• It can take up to 30 days to complete the entire process, but usually completes within 2 business days.
• Some data will remain on the app but will no longer be associated with you (e.g., any referrals will be recorded under a random anonymous username instead of your login details).
• Pressing the "Erase" button means that you have read the information stated above and understand the implications of having your profile deleted.

4. Click "Erase", and you will be asked to verify you are the owner of the account, either with your password or with a One Time Pin.
5. Once you are authenticated, the account removal process will begin and you will be logged out.
