How do I verify my email?

Before processing a redeem, our users are required to verify their email addresses linked to the Points Castle App. There will be a confirmation email sent to your inbox; please follow the steps stipulated in the email.

If the link has expired, you can resend it from your email settings in the Points Castle App.

Please go to: Profile → Settings → Email → Resend Verification

Please ensure you are running the latest version of the Points Castle App to have a smooth verification experience.

*If you still do not receive your verification link in your inbox, please check your Junk and Spam folders in your email application/browser.
