Missing Points from Arcade or Offerwall?

We know how frustrating it can be when you complete a game level or offer but don't receive your points.

Here's how it works — and what you can do if this happens.

āœ… When We Can Help

If the level or offer shows as completed in your Adjoe (Arcade) or Torox (Offerwall) activity, but the points are missing in your Points Castle balance, we can investigate. Once Adjoe or Torox confirms your completion, we'll be able to reward your points.

āŒ When We Can't Help

If the level or offer does not show as completed in the Adjoe or Torox activity screens, there's unfortunately nothing we can do. These platforms rely on the game or offer providers to send them completion data. If there's a glitch and that data isn't sent to Adjoe or Torox, we never get notified — which means we can't award the points.

What You Can Do

If it's been more than 24 hours since completing the task and you're still missing points:

  • Ensure tracking is enabled on your device. How to enable tracking
  • Check that the game or offer is linked in your activity:
  • Use a stable internet connection while completing games or offers.
  • Reach out to Adjoe or Torox support directly from their respective platforms.
