Redeem Stuck On Processing Redeem

My screen is loading forever!

Some users have been experiencing an issue when requesting a redeem where the App will get stuck on a loading screen. We have released a fix for this.

Please do the following:

  1. Try clearing your Points Castle App's cache
  2. Uninstall and delete the Points Castle App
  3. Download the current latest version of the Points Castle App (Google Play Store / iOS App Store) and sign in
  4. Try to process a redeem again, ensuring you have a strong internet/mobile connection
