What is tracking, and how do I enable it?

What is Tracking?

Activity tracking allows Points Castle to award you points for in-game milestones achieved outside of the Points Castle App. This tracking is solely for the purpose of earning points.

Allowing Tracking in Points Castle Arcade 🛤️

iOS Devices:🍎

1. Press the Points Castle Arcade badge to take you to the Arcade 🕹️
2. A notification will pop up, press "Allow" to enable tracking

If you press "Ask app not to track", you will be kicked out of the Arcade, however, you can still allow App tracking later on by doing the following:

1. Open device settings
2. Locate the Points Castle App
3. Press "Allow Tracking"
4. Press "Allow"

On Android: 🤖

1. Go into device Settings.
2. Tap Apps.
3. Select Special Access.
4. If you can't see Special Access, tap the three dots in the corner to find it.
5. Select Usage access or Usage data access.
6. Find Points Castle and enable access.

NB: Ensure that you allow app tracking on any game that you download through the Points Castle Arcade, and you're all set to go, gamer!
