To ensure you receive the points you’ve earned, we have a system in place to reconcile any missing survey completions at the end of each month.

Why Might You Be Missing Points?

Sometimes, despite completing a survey, you might not receive the points due to technical issues. This could happen because:

  • The survey link might have broken during submission.
  • There could be a delay or error in communicating the completion back to our system.
  • Network issues may have disrupted the final submission.

While these issues are rare, they can prevent points from reaching your account immediately, even though you've fully completed the survey.

How We Reconcile Missing Points 🎁

If you've successfully completed a survey but haven't received the points, don't worry—we've got you covered 😎 At the end of every month, we work with our survey providers to identify and reconcile any missing completions, ensuring that you receive the points you deserve. Here’s what happens:

  • Tracking Your Completed Surveys: Our system tracks all surveys you’ve completed. If points are missing, we will automatically flag those surveys for review at the end of the month.
  • Verification with Providers: We communicate directly with our survey providers to verify that you completed the survey, even if the points weren't credited right away.
  • Points Credited to Your Account: Once verified, the missing points will be added to your account.
  • Push Notification: To keep you informed, we’ll send you a push notification when your missing points have been added to your account, so you don’t need to worry about following up.

What You Can Expect

You don’t need to take any additional steps to report missing points. As long as you’ve completed the survey, our month-end reconciliation process will ensure the points are credited to your account once verified.
